1. Refunds for Online Courses and Services
As our services are delivered digitally, once you gain access to the course content or service (such as booking a consultation or joining a masterclass), we are unable to offer a refund. However, if there is an issue with the course or service you received (for example, technical issues with content access or incorrect services), please contact us within 7 days of the purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
2. Cancellations of Booked Services
If you wish to cancel a booked service (such as a personal consultation or live class), you can do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
3. Course/Service Exchange
In the case of a technical issue or dissatisfaction with the service, we may offer an exchange for another course or consultation, subject to availability. Please reach out to our support team if you would like to explore this option.
4. No-Show Policy for Live Services
If you do not attend a scheduled live service (e.g., masterclass, challenge, or consultation) without prior notice, we are unable to offer a refund or rescheduling option. We highly recommend notifying us in advance if you cannot attend.

6. How to Request a Refund
